Choose Concept; Breed (W20 pgs. 94-96); Auspice (W20 pgs. 94-96); Tribe (W20 pgs. 94-96); Nature & Demeanor (W20 pgs. 96-101, 486-491)- (No Red Talons, only No Lupus character allowed)

STEP TWO: Select Attributes (7/5/3)- Physical; Social; Mental (W20 pgs. 123-126)

STEP THREE: Select Abilities (13/9/5)- Talents; Skills; Knowledges (W20 pgs. 126-135), Recommend: Put at least 1 point in Talent- Primal Urge (W20 pgs. 128)

No Ability higher than 3 at this stage

STEP FOUR: Select Advantages
Choose Backgrounds (6 <fixed>, Selection Restricted by Tribe), Free Point in Totem.
Allies (W20 pgs. 135-136): Your friends and confidantes among humans and wolves.
Ancestors (W20 pgs. 136): The ability to channel the knowledge and skills of those Garou who have gone before.
Contacts (W20 pgs. 136): A network of people throughout human society that you can tap for information.
Fate (W20 pgs. 137): A prophecy surrounding you and your pack that you will fulfill.
Fetish (W20 pgs. 137-138): You have an item of some sort with a spirit bound within it, giving it supernatural powers.
Kinfolk (W20 pgs. 138): Relatives who you are in touch with, human and wolf, who are immune to the Delirium.
Mentor (W20 pgs. 138): A Garou of higher Rank who has taken an interest in your progress and offers advice.
Pure Breed (W20 pgs. 138): You have the blood of a Garou hero in your veins, and others can see it within you.
Resources (W20 pgs. 138-139): Your personal wealth, possessions, and income.
Rites (W20 pgs. 139; Rites List pgs. 201-220): You know a number of rites, rituals empowered with spirit magic.
Spirit Heritage (W20 pgs. 139): You have the touch of a particular type of spirit on you, and they treat you as their own.
Totem (W20 pgs. 140): The pack’s totem is a Unique spirit, and this Background is pooled among the pack to create it. <this> PERSONAL TOTEMS not Allowed

STEP FIVE: Finishing Touches
Record Rage (by auspice), Gnosis (by breed), Willpower (by tribe), Renown (by auspice) and Rank (1;
Cliath). Spend freebie points (15) (Optional can use to buy Merits as well <w20>

Can choose up to 7 points in additional freebie points that can be used to buy Merits or improve your character sheet.
